TRACTION

MOTOR DESIGN & PROTYPING FOR ROAD E-BIKE

Our team has successfully designed and prototyped a 600 Watts PMSM for high efficiency and power density. To achieve optimal performance, we conducted thorough electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analyses.

AXIAL PCB DRONE MOTOR

We designed and prototyped a 10-layer PCB power dense motor with a dual rotor topology, achieving efficient energy management. This motor is capable of handling up to 200 Amps for 30 seconds and can reach speeds of up to 10000 RPM. The 10-layer PCB allows for a more compact integration of electronic components, resulting in a lighter, more efficient motor.

POWER GENERATION

WIND POWER SYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR

Our team developed a 100 kW synchronous wind generator, uniquely designed to handle speeds of up to 6000 RPM. To manage the power output, it incorporated a three-phase controlled rectifier. These components ensure efficient current conversion and precise control under varying wind conditions.
